You have 1 year or 1000 miles of warranty on all major parts of the bike.
The Batteries Have 6 months Warranty
 All the bikes are tested when assembled. They also go through quality control to check for any defects in the manufacturing. Once everything is double checked, the bikes are wrapped and packaged carefully to protect it from any scratches.
The boxes are designed to hold the bike tight, so it doesn’t hit about when delivering. All our boxes are doubled up. Meaning if they get torn during delivery the second box will make sure the bike doesn’t get damaged.  
At an unlikely event, if you have any issues. Just Whats App us a picture and we will get it resolved. We will see your pictures and maybe ask for a video to see what the problem might be. Then our engineers will have a look at the issue. We can guide you on a quick video call if it is something easy to solve or fix.

If it’s something you can’t fix, we will advise you to take the bike to your local bike shop and we can tell you what to specifically ask for. We will advise you to send us a picture of the invoice and we will cover the cost if its something due malfunction of part. 
If you need some parts that may have broke or damaged, we will send it with tracked next day delivery. And we will have you back on your bike all fixed in a matter of few days.
For warranty claims, there is no lengthy paperwork. All you need is your order number or your purchase details such as your name and address. We keep record of all customers and will find you on the system to help you.
