On all bikes when they are switched on, they have an up and a down button. When you press the up button the big number on display should go from 0-5. 0 being normal bicycle mode, all the way up to 5 the most power output mode. Some of our models also come with throttle. This means when you twist the throttle the bike will accelerate by itself.  If you are on power mode 5 and use the accelerator you will have abundance of power and the bike will constantly increase in speed.

Yes, all bikes come with 1 year warranty. The warranty includes main parts but does not include wear and tear parts such as Tires and breaks. Also, any part of the bike that has been damaged due to lack of care is not included such as dropping the bike, cracking the LCD screen etc. For further information about warranty please read the terms and conditions page.

Breaks can be loud due to 2 reasons. They are very worn, or they are dirty. If they are old breaks you may need to change the pads. If your bike is new (less than 1 year old) they are just dirty. You need to wipe the discs with alcohol/break cleaner and cloth also wipe down the pads with plenty of alcohol. This will fix the loud sound.
